Return Policy

Customized and personalized favors are not returnable, unless there is a mistake on the order. Those orders will be replaced free of charge. Any damage or errors must be reported to www.waxweddingfavors.com within 5 business days of reciept.

Shipping Policies and Information

ALL ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN 2 WEEKS!

Standard ground delivery is usually within 10 business days (2 weeks) from order date for east coast states, 5 business days for west coast states.

2 Day Air orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of order date.

Next Day Air orders are delivered within 1-2 business days of order date.

Larger favor orders (50 favors or more) will take several more days to produce and deliver.

We use UPS and USPS for our delivery carriers. To estimate your shipping cost just place your items in the cart, then click the "Estimate Shipping" button in the lower left side of the shopping cart, enter your state and zip code and your shipping prices will appear.

We ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, as well as Canada. When shipping to Canada, shipping costs will be approx. 50% more than to the states.

Currently, we process your order through our website, or fax. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you did not receive a confirmation via email, we probably did not receive the order! We accept Visa, MC, Amex, and PayPal. You will receive an email with your UPS shipment tracking information.
